3. You will be asked to leave your phone number, email address and postal address for me to contact you to arrange your 15 min consult time.
4. Appropriate herbal liquid blend will be dispensed and sent to you.**
**All herbal preparations are subject to practitioner assessment via a brief consult. If the selected preparation is not suitable, an alternative formulation or refund will be offered.
